All installation services are governed by individual project contracts, proposals, and scope-of-work agreements entered into separately.

Your Content: You retain ownership of all content, data, and materials you upload or provide to us ("Your Content"), including property photos, utility bills, and project specifications. By using our Services, you grant Zenergy Solar LLC a nonexclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, store, and display Your Content solely as necessary to provide our Services.

Contact Data: Any contact data you provide or manage through our platform will only be shared with third-party service providers as necessary to deliver the Services, in connection with a sale or merger of the business, or as required by law.

5. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

14. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. For any matters not subject to arbitration, the courts located in New Castle County, Delaware shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

16. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with respect to website and platform access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services without prior notice if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to our business, users, or third parties.
